Develop budget to determine cost of food, ingredients, alcohol, kitchen and cleaning suppliesEvaluate daily operations Modify food preparation methods and menu prices according to the restaurant budget Monitor revenues to determine labour cost Monitor staff performance Plan and organize daily operationsRecruit staffSet staff work schedulesSupervise staffTrain staffDetermine type of services to be offered and implement operational proceduresBalance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related formsConduct performance reviewsCost products and servicesOrganize and maintain inventoryEnsure health and safety regulations are followedNegotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other suppliesAddress customers' complaints or concernsProvide customer service
