COSIGMA Structure Inc. is an engineering company specializing in structural engineering founded in Montreal in 1996. The firm now has about fifteen employees and has experienced strong growth since its creation. COSIGMA has developed over the years an expertise in the study, repair and transformation of existing structures, mainly buildings, including a detailed understanding of old structures. More specifically, COSIGMA carries out pre-project studies, inspections, structural analysis, design and supervision of repair work on existing, institutional and heritage buildings. The types of interventions carried out by the company thus affect all aspects of the engineering of building structures, both for existing structures and for new structures, including civil engineering work on these sites.

In 2018, COSIGMA joined forces with SIMCO Technologies Inc., one of the only engineering firms in North America fully specialized in improving the useful life of concrete structures, offering integrated solutions of expertise and software tools to optimize the design, construction, repair and maintenance of concrete infrastructure. It is the union of two complementary forces.
