Sous-chef position in Trois-Rivières

We are looking for a sous-chef to work as soon as possible.
Salary of $25/hour.
In collaboration with the executive chef, you will be responsible for supervising the preparation of dishes, managing the kitchen teams and ensuring the quality and presentation of the dishes. You will also have to participate in inventory management, menu development and the application of hygiene and safety standards.
