Tasks

Bring clean dishes, flatware and other items to serving areas and set tablesOperate dishwashers to wash dishes, glassware and flatwarePlace dishes in storage areaReplenish condiments and other supplies at tables and serving areasSanitize and wash dishes and other items by handPortion and wrap foodsPrepare, heat and finish simple food itemsStock refrigerators and salad barsUse manual and electrical appliances to clean, peel, slice and trim foodstuffsClean and sanitize kitchen including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances and equipmentHandle and store cleaning productsReceive, unpack and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards and other storage areasRemove kitchen garbage and trashSweep, mop, wash and polish floorsWash, peel and cut vegetables and fruitPrepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerancesClean kitchen and work areasPrepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
