The bakery assistant actively contributes to the smooth running of the bakery department. He ensures exemplary customer service while also participating in the production, marketing, and maintenance of the department.
Main Responsibilities
Respond to customer needs and requests courteously and professionally;
Promote bakery department sales and ensure attractive product presentation;
Plan production to effectively meet the establishment's needs;
Plan and control food purchases to optimize quality, production, and profitability;
Use work tools and equipment safely;
Respect and apply hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards;
Provide exceptional, fast, and efficient customer service at all times;
Clean and maintain clean work areas, sales areas, tools, and equipment;
Perform any other related tasks as required by the department.
